30 DBC: Day 12

Day 12 – A book you used to love but don’t anymore

This one is really hard. I don’t think there are many books that I used to love and now don’t, because even if I no longer find it as enjoyable to read as I used to, I can still appreciate why I loved it at that point in my life, meaning that it’s still very important to me.

As such, I honestly cannot think of a book that completes today’s challenge, so instead I will do a set of books that I love, but I don’t read anymore…

Yes, I am reverting to childrens’ books to make a point. I used to love these as a kid. In fact, I specifically remember Mr Bounce, as can be seen in the image. We didn’t have all that many of the books, and the ones we did have fell apart at regular intervals as far as I remember, but that just shows how often we pulled them out of the bookshelf.

And yeah, alright, I still read them when I find copies.
